NOTICE OF PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE AT TAX LIEN SALE AND OF APPLICATION FOR ISSUANCE OF TREASURER’S DEED

TO Every person in Actual Possession or Occupancy of the hereinafter Described Land, Lot or Premises, and to the Person in Whose Name the same was Taxed or Specially Assessed, and to all Persons having a Interest or Title of Record in or to the said Premises and To Whom It May Concern, and more especially to GREGORY H. HERMANN,HERMANN FAMILY TRUST SURVIVOR’S SHARE DATED 2/14/90, HERMANN FAMILY TRUST DECEASED SHARE DATED 2/14/90.

You and each of you are hereby notified that on the 4TH day of NOVEMBER A.D. 2004 the then County Treasurer of the County of Routt, in the State of Colorado, sold at public tax lien sale to SHIRLEY ANDREW the following described real estate situate in the County of Routt, State of Colorado, to-wit: LOT 137 OVERLAND SUBD AT STAGECOACH and said County Treasurer issued a certificate of purchase therefore to SHIRLEY ANDREW. THE SALE WAS FOR DELINQUENT PROPERTY TAXES AS AFORESAID, LEVIED AND ASSESSED, BY THE PROPER AUTHORITIES OF SAID COUNTY FOR THE YEAR 2003. That the said real estate was taxed or specially assessed in the name GREGORY H. HERMANN,HERMANN FAMILY TRUST SURVIVOR’S SHARE DATED 2/14/90, HERMANN FAMILY TRUST DECEASED SHARE DATED 2/14/90, for said year 2003.That on the 26TH day of OCTOBER ,2007,said SHIRLEY ANDREW assigned said certificate of purchase to OAK GROVE LLC. That said OAK GROVE LLC on the 26TH day of OCTOBER, 2007, the present holder of said certificate, (who) has made request upon the Treasurer of said County for a deed to said real estate;

That a Treasurers Deed will be issued for said real estate to the said OAK GROVE LLC at 4:00 o’clock PM, on the 21ST day of APRIL A.D 2008, unless the same has been redeemed.

Said property may be redeemed from said sale at any time prior to the actual execution of said

Treasurer’s Deed.

Witness my hand this 18TH day of DECEMBER A.D. 2007.
