PATERSON — A father and daughter are suing the city claiming they were sold more than $200,000 in worthless tax lien certificates for a non-existent property, homes on which taxes were never in arrears and a piece of land where a school is being built.
“These liens should never have been sold – period,” said attorney Matthew Trella of Clifton, representing John and Guadalupe Fressie. “My client has gone to them and demanded his money back. They have made no attempt to repay, whatsoever.”
Tax liens are sold at auction based on interest rates. The winning bidder pays off the tax debt and gets a lien in return for that amount plus interest, which starts at 18 percent.
Fressie bid on and won a property at 18 percent interest, …the city’s tax collector told him that he would only get 5 percent interest because tax appeals had been filed on the assessment, the suit stated…[the] interest rates cost Fressie $33,157, according to the suit.
[Other] certificates valued at $11,266, … that the liens had been cancelled by mistake, the suit states.
Another certificate…for $6,286 was for a property that it was later determined doesn’t exist, the suit claims.
Two other liens purchased for a total of $193,114 ended up being worthless because “these certificates were wrongfully sold in that the taxes on the property had been fully paid by the owner,” the suit states. “Demand for payment has been made, but the city and its officials have refused to make reimbursement to the plaintiff.”
…another lien for $2,338 … was owned by a disabled veteran and not subject to taxation, according to the suit.
… yet another certificate for $1,463 on property … to be located where the city is building a school and which should never have been sold.
The city has refused to refund her money, according to the suit, filed Dec. 26 in Passaic County state Superior Court.

This is outrageous!
The next time you hear any of those guru’s who hawk that tax lien certificates are “safe” because they have a government “guarantee”, ask them about the any number of ways that you can lose your shirt if depending upon government and its systems.
Here, the government is plainly negligent and at fault, yet they stubbornly refuse to make good. Maybe they will make good in the end, but why must they make it hard? Government always, and in all ways, thinks it must take the hard line to defend itself. Ex-President Clinton, Sly, to those who know him best, continued the standard, when he maintained that, when confronted with unwanted allegations, you “deny, deny, deny” – particularly if the allegations are true.
Did you think government would act honorably? Why? All the proof is on the other side, that government is full of what I call “The Miscreant Class.”
Only the naïve, the brain washed and those living in caves without TV, still believe that our government is working for US versus working for themselves, their allies. The observant and thinking see that government is actively working against US. The proofs are all around, but, seemingly, only for eyes that will actually see the trees in the forest.

The United Nations Agenda 21 project under the guise of Smart Growth is on track to move people into highly regulated compact areas so government has better control and to change the demographics so that election patterns move from right to left wing. The elimination of private property rights is the underlying agenda. The scope of the intention is breathtaking and the underhanded and insidious marketing of this freedom taking idea is brilliant. Beware!
The coming Global Currency Reset is not being spoken about by the major media, yet we are due for this explosion in a short while. Go ahead, Google it and shudder!
A number of European countries have already endured the torture of citizens having their life savings forcibly taken from them. France, Ireland, Hungary, Poland, etc. have all had public pensions reduced or removed. Cyprus had all savings accounts reduced by 10% – 30% to pay for their bankers’ involvement in the American banking scheme to defraud US all.
The International Monetary Fund recommends in a report called “Taxing Times”: increase taxes, create new capital controls, seize retirement funds, so as to bring national debt to pre-banking crises levels, and replace current paper money with an IMF to revalue currencies.
President Andrew Jackson knew that the 2nd Bank of the United States was a creature of insiders and proponents of centralized power within the United States. He took Jefferson’s admonitions seriously and had the bank’s charter defeated.
The Federal Reserve has done to US what it was designed to do when it was established and as Jefferson feared and predicted:
“I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property – until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.”
Where is our outrage at being sneered at behind the barred doors of those hallowed halls within the sanctums of Power? The Power has no real fear because government schools have “educated” US into accepting our role as sheep; to look to government for all. And so we have government expenditures that we do not want, did not vote for, cannot pay, and which have proven detrimental to our freedom and future. Harry Hopkins, FDR’s alter ego said it best, “We will tax and tax, spend and spend, elect and elect.” Yet, sheeple see no evil.
Government’s heavy-handed and immoral imposition is ever present and not new. History shows that elected representatives kiss the boot of power despite that, “To compel a man to subsidize with his taxes the propagation of ideas which he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.” Thomas Jefferson.
Our dooms day is coming soon. This has been preached about, in this blog and in many other forums. Our troubles have been entirely predictable; as it has been since time began. President Thomas Jefferson, as prescient a student of history as there has ever been wrote, “My reading of history convinces me that most bad government results from too much government.”
Men are corrupted by power and evil men tend toward seeking power, acting like gangsters. We are moving headlong toward a Mafia-style government. Hillary Clinton, our next anointed one, is a continuing force down the wrong path. Has it not occurred that the press is sheltering her long list of insidious actions, because the G-d of Woman’s Rights must be appeased? How does it further woman to show that they can be just as corrupt, just as calculating, just as deceptive, just as sinister and probably even more dangerous and unhinged than a man (her husband).
If you think all our troubles are happenstance, then ponder: our best and brightest are elected to national government, 535 to the House, 100 to the Senate; 9 to the US Supreme Court and 2 national officers, the President and Vice-President; 646 in all. How is it that they cannot do anything that is good for the US? The law they pass hurts US, thus proving their ill intentions – for the sake of gaining personal Power. It is the only scenario that makes any sense. Otherwise, they would pass law that would help US, at least some of the time.
In the US, IRA’s are being spoken about as the item necessary to be confiscated in order to pay the national debt and “save the nation.” Obamanation! How is it that the portfolios of the nation’s wealthiest 1% are not going to be taken, since they own over 40% of the wealth and 50% of all the stocks and bonds while the bottom 50% of the population own only 1/2 of 1%!

Democrats in the U.S. House have been conducting hearings on proposals to confiscate workers’ personal retirement accounts “including 401(k)s and IRAs” and convert them to accounts managed by the Social Security Administration.
When the economy crumbles, I expect that President Bush will be named the responsible party and he certainly bears enormous culpability.
- Yet, this president has heaped scorn upon ridicule by ensconcing socialized medicine upon this countries woes.
- Obama has foisted thousands of unneeded and unwarranted regulations upon business, restraining our creative and entrepreneurial energies.
- Obama has lowered the bar by bringing into acceptance the ideas of bombers, unholy pastors and socialists aplenty.
- Obama has added millions of undocumented persons to our welfare rolls – in preparation for the completion of the North American Union, i.e. the merging of the US, Canada and Mexico. Oh – that’s another of the little news stories that you missed! Why? Because the major media is totally controlled and only says or prints what the Power wants. Has it never occurred to you how uniform and in sync the stories are on the major media?
- Another story not spoken about in the “fair” major media: that the Obama EPA has promulgated high cost rules to cut supposed lead pollution by 10 times, forcing the last smelter in the US to shut down thus not allowing lead to be made into bullets. The US government has also purchased a huge percentage of all the bullets along with ordering many drones for use over your home. Obama has effectively disarmed US. Some may see this as a victory of “gun control,” however they are either simpletons or they are the enemy.
- This, on the heels of the unconstitutional NDAA, the National Defense Authorization Act, which makes the entire US a terror zone and allows US citizens to be detained indefinitely without benefit of counsel or other constitutional protections.
How are we now to defend ourselves from the greatest thief in all history – government?
Thomas Jefferson: “The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.”
- The Department of Homeland Security in coordination with the Transportation Safety Administration has started to test citizen response with random “terrorist” checks at bus terminals, lining people up, checking ID’s, using riot gear and dogs. And, of course, it’s all for our own safety, don’t you know.
The worst is yet to come, and it is not far off.
You had best prepare and if you don’t, I speculate that patriots who have prepared will question, “why should you be spared?”
