Bangor Savings Bank forecloses on Ford dealership

ELLSWORTH,MAINE:  Bangor Savings Bank filed a six-count complaint in Ellsworth District Court Dec. 7 alleging that Dave Gould has failed to honor three notes totaling nearly $1.7 million.

The bank also requests that the court determine the priority of other parties that have placed liens on the property and issue a judgment of foreclosure . . .

Farm workers cemetery being neglected,some say

Ichud colony to apply yearly for exemption

MONTICELLO –Sullivan County,the Town of Thompson and Monticello School District have agreed to allow the Ichud Bungalow Colony in Thompson to apply for a tax exemption each year.
