I’m excited, and so are my students, about my new Tax Delinquent Property Investing manual. Post 3

Coach Mitch’s REFLECTIONS™

I am soooo happy with the reception that my students are giving to my new Tax Delinquent Property Investing manual and Coach Mitch’s “Ridiculously Simple System…” ™ .

Last evening a newer student called to say that he “had read it (the manual) quite a lot. There’s a whole lot of golden nuggets in there.”

Yes, definitely so. I asked him to elaborate and he said, “OK. I’ve been dealing with gurus and using their techniques. This is the first one that I am so excited about. Because, to be truthful, I don’t need no more database than this (the one that he had already gotten with 8000 tax delinquent records) to use all the techniques that you have here and what you have taught me before, especially the $1 Option.”

“If I may say so, I’ve never seen options explained like that. A $1 Option seems a little far fetched, but when I read this thing, I realize that it is as real as the telephone I have in my hand right now. It is powerful, very, very powerful.” “This is a very good manual. This is a fantastic manual.”

I asked him what specifically he liked the best. He said, “The most plausible thing that I see that would entice a person who knows that they are going to lose their property is your Capital Loss technique. That creates like a win-win situation. In other words, A person is thinking that, ‘Oh well, this guy (the real estate investor) is going to benefit and I’m not going to get nothing.’ he will be able to get something out of it also. (when getting out of his tax delinquent property).

Several other students have expressed similar enthusiastic opinions. It is very gratifying and I heartily thank them.
