Tax Delinquent Property – It’s time to start posting. Post 1

Coach Mitch’s REFLECTIONS™

Although the blog setup is not complete, instead of waiting, I am going to start blogging. It is important to move in a direction rather than wait, wait, wait… Those wanting the information will forgive the incomplete setup and concentrate on the information and not the look.

My name is Mitchell Goldstein and I am Coach Mitch. For a long time I have been a successful, full time real estate investor. The area of my main interest is Tax Delinquent Property.

Coach Mitch’s “Ridiculously Simple System…”™ will, in 5 steps, consistently find properties that can be purchased at well below market value. This system can be implemented anywhere in the US or the possessions. It can be done in any type of market: hot, emerging, stagnant, or declining. Investing in tax delinquent property can be done successfully in any economic climate.

The reason that these claims are true is manifest in the notion that persons who cannot or will not pay their taxes – all have something negative happening in their lives. As a result, if you follow my system, you will only be speaking to owners of tax delinquent property who are in the most dire of situations.

If you implement my proven strategies and communicate correctly, there is every reason to believe that you will purchase properties at no more than 50% of the current fair market value, FMV. Often, the price will be ridiculously low, $100 to $5000 – for a significant property.

No where else in the real estate investing world can you consistently find deals like this.Tax delinquents are, simply put, the most motivated of all motivated sellers.™ That is why I concentrate on finding and working with this type of seller.

See Coach Mitch’s “Ridiculously Simple System…” ™ for details.

Until next time,
